Wedding photography is not just about how many hours someone spends there with a camera. It is about how the day is handled, how relaxed you feel, how naturally the story is captured, and what you are left with afterwards.

My collections are designed around different ways of preserving the day. Some couples want a beautifully edited digital gallery. Others want the story finished in a handmade album. Some want the most complete experience, with a second photographer, 35mm analogue film and albums for family. However you choose to build your collection, the approach is the same: calm coverage, natural moments, gentle direction when needed, and photographs that feel like your day rather than a performance.

I photograph the main story digitally for reliability, speed and consistency, then use 35mm film selectively for portraits, details, atmosphere and slower moments. Typical coverage is 8–10 hours, depending on the collection and your schedule.

Booking, travel & next steps

Simple, clear and calm

From the first chat to final delivery, I keep things relaxed and well organised. I’ll help you plan the photo side of the day so it flows naturally, keep group photos quick and painless, and guide you during portraits without it ever feeling forced.

Full-day and half-day packages include travel within Scotland. If your venue is more than 50 miles from Elgin, or your wedding is outside Scotland, a small additional charge for travel or accommodation may apply.

A 25% booking fee secures your date, and I’ll confirm everything in writing. Many couples spread payments between booking and the wedding — just ask and I’ll keep it simple.
